Aisha will review: • Different ways organizations are embedding coaching in the culture • How individuals and organizations go through change • How to use coaching skills to help support organizational change • How to create a coaching plan to help support organizational change
Aisha Allen is the Director of Change Management Programs at OhioHealth. In this role, she is responsible for developing change management strategy and programs to support transformational change in the healthcare industry. At OhioHealth she also serves as an internal executive coach to high potential leaders. In addition to her work at OhioHealth, she is the principal of A. Allen Consulting, LLC, a coaching and organizational development firm focused on business, community, and personal leadership. Aisha joined OhioHealth from Nationwide Insurance where she had various roles including Director of Sales Coaching and Development. Prior to joining Nationwide, Aisha held various human resources roles at Accenture and Cardinal Health. Aisha has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from the Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Aisha obtained her coach training through Hudson Institute of Coaching. She is a Registered Corporate Coach through the Worldwide Association of Business Coaching.
